Philosophy
Complexity is a danger for every project, but unfortunately something that is, often needlessly, introduced. Simplon aims to always provides the simplest possible solution for a problem. This is reflected in our approach to both software development and project methodology.
Project methodology
We prefer to use an agile approach to project management. By using frequent deliverables showing the current state of work customers can check progress and if needed adjust the requirements based on the insights gained during the development process. Software development
We are a strong believer in software that is simple to use, has a clean design and is well tested.
The incremental nature of an agile project approach allows us to focus on the aspects that are important: instead of trying to solve all problems at once we take them on one at a time, making sure to test the complete system at every step.
